Martha Holmberg is a food editor, cookbook author, recipe developer, and teacher. She is also the chief executive officer of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP). Martha lives in Portland, Oregon, and thereby have access to fantastic agricultural bounty, exquisite hand-crafted food, and a right jolly restaurant scene.
